Well, I've been receiving emails asking for address conformation, if I would like every set in a box, or a single box for each of the sep. sets to represent each different group. Ordered Aug. 2018
Just got a few sets of Exped Romans today. I think they match up well with Conte. Like their Zulus do. I decided to swap out the Conte spears for the Exped ones. Exped are a stiffer plastic, and straight, you get ample of extras with Exped. Conte's are softer and tend to be bent.
As far as...
I asked Kent from Toy Soldiers HQ if he could tell me something about them, this is what he came up with - Part of a 12 figure group mark Hegeman believes were uses as tea premiums in Hong Kong, They can be seen and bought at Toy Soldiers HQ
Hello John - I posted a number of pictures I took of Exped lined up in rows standing next to scores of other makers WWII figures when they were first released. Possible those are the ones you are thinking of. Where they are now, I don't know. But I will say, I only put together a few of the...
also - the figure can be set up in one of the Conte foam buildings - a space for the phone box/military equipment to be placed on the wall - it's part of the design
They will fit fine with 1/32. Airfix compatible. Here is a few shots of them set up with a few other makers, you should get the idea from these limited pictures from this site link . http://54mmmen.blogspot.com/
The best many would say (miles better than 99.9%-100% of any other) copies were done by Hing Fat - 7th in a very close cream, and Indians in the red/brown but the real treat is the re-working/engineering of the horses and saddles, better than Airfix - worth looking for - the figures and mounts...

The dark blue ones are from years and years ago. Al released a limited run (samples/test?) before a full release. It was made up of 16 figures 2 each of the 8 poses. It included 2 white horses from two different original makers - one with a base the other without a base. The plastic is odd -...
Ron Barzo had figures sculpted for a follow-up to his Lexington set, and according to reports He and the new owner of the molds of those figures, LOD, are planning to do
a Yorktown set. Ex-Force figures are working on American woodsmen/mountain men/early pioner-ish and war of 1812 line both sides
Hong Kong, not MPC. like so many - copies/based on/inspiered by, here is an offering from eBay that has a good picture that you can compare the MPC space guys to these - as well as some more recent Chinese spacemen, and even a 65-70mm Tim-Mee Airforce guy
Take a look here about 1/3 of the way down. You can find see them on a regular basis on eBay. I still have two headed bags with small accessories I was able to get. http://www.angelfire.com/biz/toysoldierhq/MPCww.html
These fit well with the Star Wars Command figures by Hasbro, not perfect, but very close. The pictured Darth Vadar (two poses), C3PO, R2D2 are CHASE figures, no garantee of getting, in fact a bit harder to come by.
The Sharp's stand head to toe 55-58mm, base to top of head 57-60mm give or take 1 or 2mm. The plastic feels to me like Accurate figure plastic. Very crisp, sharp detail(s) really helps that they are from a clamshell mold, not as 3D as multible part figures, but nice. Remind me of Esci but in...
