“What’s this?” (1 Viewer)

I meant to reply earlier but was out. However, I didn't see anything malicious in Andy's post, more a little fun than anything else. Think we're reading too much into it otherwise.

Brad

I've just read Andy reply again and there no joke in there more like Andy calling Mitch a smart *** but if that what you call fun that fine but wonder if other would get away with it ^&confuse

I'm with you Brad, I found Andy's post quite witty myself....{sm4}

I wonder did you find this money mate ?:wink2:
Re: what's this?
Its easy its a Valentine dingo humber Mark II. The early versions were all OD but some had MM camo. Three were made for home defence but, were so successful(well Ze Germans never landed) that they landed two days before D-Day and actually captured Hitler making off in a Ramjager over the German alps (they were able to do this as the Germans nor anybody else had ever seen one and, the crews were all able to say Wot iz Your Name?)

So, but for this AFV that fought exclusively with the 19/5 Royal green Hussars artillery regiment 6 based at Scapa flow, Hertfordshire the war would not have ended with Old Hitler putting a bullet through his kneecap!!!!!

Historically as correct as it gets

I think that's the problem with electronic communications; they don't necessarily convey what the writer intended, which I believe is the case here.

Neil mate,
Me thinks you read too much into posts that are not really there. Andy and Mitch are both big boys and can give and take with the best of them. A little bit of sparring between collectors is no reason to think anyone is calling anyone else a smart whatever.:wink2:
Lighten up a little, put your feet up and watch the roses grow.^&grin Knock the top off a cold one if your so inclined.
Cheers Howard

Yip certainly did read it and like Brad said, I think you're reading too much into it......for me it's that simple.

Very much agree with both of these. Wonderful as the whole electronic thing is there is nothing like one on one real life chat to get across your point. And as Howard says a bit of back and forth is fine as long as it doesn't get nasty etc. Also the same rules should apply to all. If you are going to have a pop at someone out of the blue and they reply you can't get all snotty about it and call on the mods to intervene because you think the other person is supposed to show exemplary behavior despite your instigating the exchange.

Mitch is a big boy, I doubt very much he is crying into his Frosties this morning because of what Andy said! (and vice versa)
