Yes, I did mean 1/32
I had to ask Peter if this was the proper place to put this, since it falls in kind of in a weird category.
Essentially my hobby is taking pre-existing "toys" and converting them to what would be more near a model quality replica. An example would be a vehicle I just recently finished. It started out as a 21st Century Toys 1/32 Panzer III ausf. "L". I use quotations because it was a terrible rendition of an L, and resembled more a E model with a hybrid F/J/L turret. Really hideous. Here is a picture of the original toy:

A keen eye will note numerous errors in their ausf. L. Most of them are attributable to the company trying to take an earlier version ausf. E they made and quickly make a new version to sell with a minimum change to the vehicle. cost-effective way to make a new vehicle for certain, but not an accurate way. I have made other versions of the Panzer III using the 21st century chassis as a base, including an ausf. G and ausf. N, and this time I decided to go and make an ausf. M. Not just any ausf. M though, a panzerbefehlswagen III ausf. M, a particularly rare variant made in the field. I found a few photos, and decided I would try and replicate this vehicle:

Now that I had a subject, I could begin compiling a list of things to be changed. Here are the major things that needed to be done to change it to an ausf. M:
-Change running gear (Drive sprocket, rear idler, road wheels, etc)
-Change track to 40cm version
-Change driver's viewport
-Change bow MG mount
-Change transmission and engine access hatches to one piece
-Change turret
-Eliminate periscope sight
-Eliminate side viewports
-Eliminate starboard flare port
-Add turret vent housing
-Fix turret bin
-Add 90mm smoke dischargers
-Fix Mantlet spaced armor
-Build underlying mantlet features
-Make correct spacing plates
-Add brake vents
-Add bow spaced armor
-Change engine intakes
-Add engine intake covers (for wading)
-Extend engine deck
-Add engine vent housings
-Change exhaust- Eliminate old exhaust, create snorkel exhaust
-Add engine compartment vents in rear
-Change towing configuration on vehicle front. Make towing clevis are extension of side plate.
-Add track stowage to front plates
-Make Adler's Next and Star aerial for command variant (FuG 7 or 8)
-Make new antenna mast for standard antenna (FuG 5)
-Add tread to fenders
-Revise fender stowage
-Add turret schurzen
-Add Hull schurzen
-Change headlight to Bosch headlight
This would be the meat of it and does not include items like drilling out barrel etc.
I recorded some steps of my "build", but not near all of them. Just enough though to give you an idea of what I did:
Added vorpanzer (spaced armor), turret updates (schurzen from 21st Century Panzer IV H), and new lower hull (taken from Forces of Valor Stug III):

Cut out the hull schurzen:

Brake vents and one piece transmission hatches:

Engine intake covers, Adler's nest and engine vent housings added:

New snorkel exhaust and rear engine vent covers:

Added tread to fenders (archer resin treadplate) and hull schurzen brackets:

Port-side Schurzen bracket (soldered):
