2018/19 NCAA B-ball season (2 Viewers)

UK blows a 13 point lead but hangs on to beat Houston by 4. Auburn is next. BTW, Va Tech misses an open look at the basket to lose to duke. :redface2: Chris
Duke got lucky for the 2nd game in a row. Duke and Virginia have both survived but haven't been real impressive doing so. The UK win is another game where a large lead disappeared, but glad to see UK advance. UNC got crushed. Can't even fathom a guess as to who will eventually win this thing as all the remaining teams are capable but I think the ACC teams have been lucky to get this far. -- Al

UK has a bad habit of blowing late leads. Comes from inexperience. Thank goodness PJ Washington is back. He's the "veteran" as a sophomore. :rolleyes2: Auburn's best player, Okeke, probably out with knee/ankle injury. Chris

Virginia finally plays an impressive game and the result was a narrow win over Purdue in an OT barnburner. Didn't think Virginia had it in them. Great game. -- Al

One of several exiting finishes. THis tournament has been fun to watch, except duke winning the close games. :rolleyes2: GO WILDCATS!! Chris

Agree. Been a lot of close games and the #1's have not been dominating. Was surprised by the UNC loss and the Virginia win. Duke is living by the skin of it's teeth, and I think MSU might end that. Auburn/UK should be a good one. Hope the Wildcats can win. I've enjoyed this tourney more than most in the past. -- Al

Kentucky blows an 11 point lead to a team they've beaten twice already this year, now Auburn just wheeled their injured star player into the building, this is playing out like a bad movie...…….Kentucky loses and I'm done, no one left I remotely care about...….Texas Tech? Virginia and their 1940 style of play? Duke? Auburn and watching Barkley crow?

No thanks...…………...

And I'm out.

For the billionth time in sports, the team that beats the other team twice during the season loses in the tournament/playoffs...…...no final four for KY in four years.

Not good.

UK loses at the free throw line and turnovers. Turned over twice in opening possessions of OT. Can't win like that. Out played by AUburn in second half. No excuses Auburn was the better team today. Hope the TIgers and Bruce Pearl win it all. Chris

UK was the last team I had any interest in. Guess I'll just watch to see if UVa can do anything. Too bad as it had been an interesting tourney. Might end up with an all ACC final, although I'm not convinced UVa or Duke can get there. -- Al

I'll root for Texas Tech the rest of the way as they are the only Texas team left and I'll also root for UVA as they are they have the highest academic ranking of any of the Final Four teams.
