7 Days in Entebbe (2 Viewers)

Enough of the Churchill bashing, he is one of the greatest heroes of freedom who ever lived and as far as I am concerned they can make a new movie on him daily. No revisionist history bs on him, he was great period. I wish there were a hundred more like him for the next millennium.

Lots of truth there... Alcohol, cigars, adventurous spirit, a sense of history, national pride, loyalty, skill with the written and spoken word and dogged determination...qualities in short supply and rarely all found in the same person.

He was truly a great person and very intelligent. He all but predicted on numerous occasions who the current enemies of freedom as well as some of the ones we face today. He told it like it was, he wasn't always correct in his decisions, but he learned and transformed so that he was ultimately correct and effective when faced with the greatest adversity. He was one of my father's heroes, he is one of mine and he is one of my 13 yr old son's. He is a truly fascinating study.
