PFC Alice follows his Tunnel Rat buddy down through the entrance hole into the secret labyrinth of tunnels found hidden under the village the Marine patrol is searching, looking for VC like Uncle Ho who like a Rabbit has disappeared into the tunnels as soon as the Marines entered the village.

Those are really different and super interesting … and of course super nice!

I have never been able to get a good NIGHT or DARK shot that I liked. What's your secret ...

It would take some nerve to probe these tunnels. Your photo skills using these poorly lit shots is amazing Steve. Robin.

Cheers Robin, Yes a large pair would definitely be needed to go down into the tunnels with God knows what lying in wait for you.

You keep outperforming yourself! I simply loved these pictures! Fantastic job!

Missed this one but very good mate sets the scene well

Thanks Wayne, as you'll have spotted no doubt the crouching marine in the tunnel is from the Pacific range, but in the semi darkness the uniform differences don't show much I think.
With any luck somewhere along the line Andy will perhaps reconsider doing one or two tunnel rats.

Would make for a great multi layered cutaway diorama I think for anyone having the room to display with an entrance being found at the surface and tunnels leading to a couple of different levels being explored by tunnel rats with the various booby traps exposed,

Steve

Those tunnel shots are great Steve. ALways look fwd to what you have coming next. Chris

Thanks Harrie, I'd like to see someone with more modelling skills than me take this idea forward and do a multi layered diorama of say a Bunker at ground level and tunnels leading down two or three levels.
