Outstanding Wayne. I will never forget seeing a Confederate gun and limber, don't remember the caliber, come up at a trot, halt, unlimber and fire a charge (blank). It was part of a demonstration at Petersburg Battlefield which came after a talk about the artillery. It's most impressive to see a dozen or so guns firing at a re-enactment. Chris
