Ancient Roman buildings (1 Viewer)

Thanks Paul, getting there. Do you air brush yours? How do you make them look so good.
I only tend to bring the airbrush out on vehicles. Buildings and terrain are always by hand. It’s just a fair few years (30+) of trying out different techniques and palette combinations. Lots of trial and error and then sticking with what works. Lots of careful dry brushing, stippling and washes. :)

Jason,
Wonderful design and build. Love the upper story. I look forward to forward to more pictures.

Well the buildings look incredible. Between work, prining and painting i dont know where you find time to eat and sleep! Incredible

You're right in that it was becoming all consuming, balancing it with my full time job, so I took early retirement last September to devote myself full time to the 3d printing business :) Still too busy with it so my wife is now taking early retirement next month to help me with it :)

Finally finished my first Roman building…… and i am so happy with it

That really turned out very nice. You really did do a very good job on this building Jason. 👏👏

And here one would think it couldn't get much better than your first building. But then building number two is equally well done. Great job on both Jason. Something to be very proud of.
