The Maxim gun set was a gift from my mate Buster and is a wonderful addition to my ABW sets, many thanks mate :salute::

Hi Martyn,
That is a very special set! If you are curious as to its origin, it was sold by Bryan from the Yeomanry Miniatures.....For the last seven years or more I have not seen a second set, other than yours today.
Here is mine...The two main differences being that yours the horses have a base, and your soldiers are missing the Regimental Flash that was common use during the Boer War so as to identify the troops from the different Battalions.
