Aussies On Patrol (1 Viewer)

We're patrolling the Brisbane to Melbourne road and it was zero in Dubbo overnight heading for a top of around twelve. See you at Howard's.
Bob

I would also like to know about the weather in Melbourne? My mom is flying there tonight to visit my brother.
Very cold raising to cold by midday with a hint of a breeze - woollen coat weather :)
Thanks! Big change from California!

Top of the Morning to you young Jason.
The weather down here in Melbourne is brisk. Just finished walking the dogs in a 30 knot breeze. Top temp. today is 14 degrees and overnight 4 degrees. Putting the final touches to the three days of functions for Andy's visit starting tomorrow. He won't have much time to get cold because we have non stop activities planned.
Cheers Howard

Howard:

So great to hear from you!

Thanks for the additional weather info. Mom has packed accordingly. I will be taking her to the airport in an hour or so.

Enjoy your visit with Andy, I am looking forward to a full report as well as some photos.

Best,
Jason

Will the patrol leader be available to US peasents who can't afford all this galavanting around this "Huge" island to see Andy and attend these shindigs?

(Sorry if this has been answered)

Wayne mate,
Yes cobber. How could we forget our Sandgroper mates. I sent you an email about a week ago with a very special offer "Just For You". Posted you out the new Collector Mag and the 365 Day Mag on Monday. Snail mail. You should get today or tomorrow.
Cheers Howard

Hey John,
You know how sensitive/unaccustomed we Queenslanders are to cold weather; I packed an army blanket as well as the above.

Great dio Robin. The Aussie patrol leader figure looks great close up. Nice bit of detail of what looks to be, the Field dressing taped to his rifle butt.

Steve

The Patrol comes together and pushes forward into enemy territory. Robin.

Looking forward to your next part Robin. The Aussies do look great don't they !
Actually wasn't there a bridge and an Aussie patrol in that Vietnam war film the Odd angry shot !?

Mine came today so I'll probably do a set up myself over the weekend soon as I have time and post photos on the forum.

Steve

Was never going to collect anything beyond 1945 Steve, but I have made a exception with these, as like you I find they are very appealing. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with. Robin.
