Australian Light Horse (1 Viewer)

Nice too see K&C taking a risk venturing into another series that's not globally "mainstream" and commercial. Earlier this year they released some Canadians so its good to see Australia getting their due. I hope this series does well and congrats to my Aussie cousins, your line looks great. K&C's figures just keep getting better and better. Myself I don't collect WWI however that flagbearer looks to good to pass up, I'll pick it up as a one off for my displays. I didn't realize the Aussie flag was once red, I thought it was blue!

Cheers
CFM

The Aussie flag is Blue, but back in WWI a Red Ensign was more popular with troops etc: http://www.diggerhistory.info/pages-flags/red_ensign.htm

Andy - Brilliant! Looking forward to seeing you and your team again in Chicago...

Andy,
I hope you still have a few oasis wells (SP28) in stock because I forsee a sudden increase in interest in them due to the point of the Beersheba charge being to secure the water.
Regards
Brett

It's not retired so you should be ok. Great little piece that you can use in a variety of ways.

As usual these figures are amazing. What really stands out are the horses. The action on them is spectacular.

Does anyone know when these are being released? They look fantastic.

I think later this year. Since there are painted masters, I would think production items would be available in November or December.

Andy has not given a confirmed release date but as far as I know is aimiing for before Xmas. I am hoping for lots of these under peoples Xmas trees !
The Turks would then be 2 months behind.
We will have to see if they make it into the next Despatches or if Andy lets slip more info during Chicago Show.
Regards
Brett

No hurry fella,s need some breathing space to purchase ALL the other great releases.................:D

I believe the unpainted prototypes of these Light Horse figures are in Chicago.
This thread is a reminder about what they look like in colour.
