We have been getting so much correspondence asking " How did you do that"
So we are responding with stills from TGC with some explanation
The building on the right was scratch built by BSP...Made of foam, balsa wood and real copper for the roof flashing.
The middle building was built by Marc T. from toy Soldier Chat (He runs a construction thread there, which is very informative)
The telephone pole was made from a twig from my back yard and balsa wood.
The vehicle to the right is weathered with real rust we scrape off iron.
The trees are dried flowers.
The road surface is compacted stone dust.......Cover the figures bases for a realistic look.
The lighting is umbrella lighting, with a spot light for shadow.
Don't be afraid of non combat scenes. use your imagination...think outside the box.
Cafe ALNI......Hmmmmmmm Alex...Nick....ALNI
We are so pleased with the world wide attention TGC is getting on our site......It's purpose is to attract new blood to the hobby, and it seems like it is working...We are venturing into 1/35th scale hard core forums, and surprisingly, we are well received...We invite them to look our hobby over. The more customers for the manufacturers ......The more goodies for all of us..........BSP on the point for the collector/ Modeler.
