I understand where your coming from with the dissapointment especially, being the first delve so, to speak. Its a shame you have got the dodgy one but, as they do good stuff I would say try not to cut yourself off. I have the Barracks and bought two extra side sets and everything was perfect.

I think we know that all manufacturers have issues at some time I have had plenty myself and the two I have had with CS have been sorted easily and quickly

I'm really happy with the look and the quality of these buildings. All I need now are some LAH figures. For now it's more a ghost town {sm2}

Oliver/Mitch - I think my disapointment is made extra large as this was my first CS purchase and I was so looking forward to this model and getting other CS products. Though I could fix the wall mountings, I can't compromise my expectation of purchasing a quailty, undamaged product nor should anyone be expected to pay $ for a product that you then have to repair unless it is sold on that basis.

The Military Workshop has offered to repay me the $ but I can't get a replacement model. I have now cancelled my order for the Lichterfelde Kaserne model and will not get the new CS band figures when released.

Having discussed future releases of the Berlin '38 series by K&C with Andy on his recent visit to Brisbane, I will stay contended with TG and K&C products.

It is too bad that this is your first purchase. Items coming loose in many products is not uncommon. I dare say that all the manufacturers have this problem all the time. I fix things all the time right out of the box. Tom Gunn, K&C even Britains, though this seems to be less of a problem with them.

I think that TCS is an excellent choice for value and creativity. Your cutting yourself off without seeing other products will mean more for us. Though I hope you will change your mind. I would ask for a discount and fix the product myself.{sm4}

Wayne, Can't tell you how much of a discount but both sides of the deal happy.

I know two other collectors of mine who ordered it from the USA after I had none left.

Hope CS do something similar in the future.
