Actually he wasn't according to the sources I have seen.

It is a great display. I think I need to repost that photo, it is classic.

The figures and buildings are 28mm, the display was created by Paul Darnell, the gentleman that several forum members were buzzing about recently regarding his Sudan and F & I War/AWI and ACW displays on another thread.

Paul is the master of 28mm terrain.........
