Thanks Nick! Thanks Mike!
Here is a clearer picture of the Mamelukes. I forgot to paint a couple of spots on the figures but my daughter will have them trashed soon so why bother touching up a couple of spots? She won,t even notice.

Mike, I love it. Very well done.

For those who do not venture outside this thread, I posted pictures of a WWII diorama under "Hudson & Allen".

Nicely done set-up Wayne of your collection. Nothing much going on here this evening. Decided to create something a little whimsical. I call this one Too Many Green Apples. I also posted these in the Wm. Britian section . . . . . . . Mike

Nice pictures Ragnar and superb paint jobs on those figures too.

If I am not mistaken, those are Timpo plastics for the most part, are they not?

They make great figures in my opinion, one of the very few plastic companies that makes Prussians.............

Hi Ragnar.

Building earthworks for the defence of Paris at dawn 1815.

Thanks Warrior and Mark, yes Timpo Highlanders with a couple of Frontlines mixed in.
Warrior the timpo prussians are ok but there's now a few more on the market that are now better :D.
Like Armies in Plastic,Waterloo 1815,and also Hat have a couple of Prussian sets comming in 2010.
So many sets now in 54mm plastic its impossible to keep up.

Cant place the figure Mark K&C ??

It's alway a pleasure Rob when you come out to play. Once again very nicely painted platic figures and photograph mixed with your metal Frontline figures. So what's next?

Hi Ragnar

The figure is made by Del Prado from the part work (Napoleon at war ) and i think he's one of there better models in the series.
He's named French Artillery Engineer 1807 on the base of the figure.
He's equipped with a helmet and full armoured breastplates ( cuirass ) front and back to stop him from being picked off by a rifle man while entrenching or building earthworks.

Best wishes Mark
