Brett Williams (The Military Workshop) (1 Viewer)

Hi all.

This is Anthony Williams, son of Brett. Mark had mentioned this forum a few times and I thought I'd create an account and read through all the messages. Thank you all for the stories and kind words. It means a lot to the family to read through all of these and hear the support from this community that has been so supportive over these past months.

As for an update with the shop, we've been keeping things going since his passing. If anyone has visited the shop before, its had a big clean and stocktake since then and we're working on getting the website updated. Also please do let us know if he ever sold you anything without a box, we have a large collection of them and would be happy to pair them with their figure.

It's been a lot of work but I feel like he would be proud to see all the progress we've made.

For anyone who wants to reach out, we're answering all emails sent to themilitaryworkshop4051@gmail.com

I've attached some pictures I found at the storage unit of Brett (and one of a much younger me at an airshow).

Thank you all again.

Its great to see Brett's family carrying on with his business, especially given the circumstances and have no doubt local loyal collectors will continue to support the shop.

Jason,

thanks for your comments, I have been in touch with Anthony too, and I have passed on news about him taking over the shop to our local collectors here in Perth.

Hi all,

I thought I'd pass along a nice update. After a lot of work this year, we've finally managed to update our old website with a brand new look and an updated stock list. The website is still https://www.themilitaryworkshop.com/ and there may still be a few mistakes and errors around so please let me know if you spot anything.

I've taken the time to write up a nice tribute to Dad as one of the sites first blog posts

Please have a look and share around if you can. Thank you.

I have gone onto website and a vast improvement and as much as I thought shouldn't be anything I didn't have ended up with K&C DD Jimmy and some DD paras along with a long retired TGM FFL cannon with 2 figures.

Lots of retired JJD & TGM on the site

Mark
