A great cinematic lighting effect. How did you light your scene to achieve this? Aren't photo dioramas an endless source of fun and inspiration?

Put the below pictured item over one light on the side of the scene and shoot away, no Photoshop unless speced.

That's a very very nice pic. I also noticed three new glossy releases for early 2009. I hope they will come up with some more. i kinda decided to go for glossy (with some exceptions).

This could be the end for me I was only going to get into the Matte Zulu range but after seeing this...............arrrrrgh

lol i was afraid they wouldnt look right with the hospital but they looked great when i finally put them all out on display!!!

Id love to see a few wounded poses maybe a couple of men who have lost there helmets things on tho's kinda lines, id also love to see the figure in this picture only with a beard added? & maybe some colour bearers stood at attention.

You have no desire to collect the Matte series Mike. Personally I am a gloss man myself but our humble LT has dragged me "through the hole" with his wonderful pics of the Matte series. Now you , along with others and most recently Craig are torturing me with the gloss.....and then there's this new Matte Durbar heading our way....it's all too much !!! LOL

Now, Now Scott I never said I don't have or collect any matte They're tucked away till 2009, including the Ospereys. I simply have chosen to concentrate my collection on Trophy and Little Legion Zulu at the moment

The hospital is engulfed , and everyone is now with the inner Storehouse perimeter at the biscuit boxes. The only light on this dark night is the flames from the hospital, and this gives our brave defenders just enough light to see where the Zulu attackers will strike next.

I will have to see if I can "borrow" a traffic cone from my local road works, the effect you have created is awesome, well-done.

Poor fellows,
Not a real cone, a kids version for soccer, boundries or riding around bikes. They're about 10-12 inches high and thin enough plastic that the light goes right through. Martyn, please don't cause an accident by removing actual traffic safety equipment from any roadways

The Lt. Land of The Zulus was attacked by a Winter Strom and was put out of action for awhile. Great photos Craig and the figures blend in very nicely with the hospital. Once again nice use of cone 1879 what's next?
