Britain's Zulu War (4 Viewers)

Joe...

it looks pretty good...especially with your nice figures...

the profile shots that hide the base in the grass...they look the best...

I just kind of wish we had left it 3/16th or 1/4 inch longer...

but we're learning...

we can make you another one soon...maybe a wheatish looking grass that's longer in the near future...right now I'm waiting for a fabric delivery...

you're a good friend Joe...thanks for all the help, all the direction and camaraderie you're given me in the past..;)

I second that !!!!

You are absolutely having a banner week LT. What loads of new fun you will be able to have now. Good for you!

Lt,

I have to agree with Mike, you are having a banner week of great deliveries, does the mailman know what he is delivering.

I have my packages delivered to my folks house and the mailman always annouces to my parents another package of toy soldiers.

Did'nt take you long to unbox them to play with Scott thanks for sharing them. Brian the young lady who delivers my packages via her little red, white and blue truck has'nt commented on the packages yet and Michael once again thanks and look forward to it's next appearance.....The Lt.

Another round of great photos, this time from Scott. Scott, you and Joe have been entertaining us alot lately with all of these new Zulu pieces. Just want to let you two know that yesterday Richard Walker stated that the new ACW ambulance has been released ahead of schedule - it won't be long before I'll be taking photos of my new acquistions.
Mike

Thanks Joe & Mike, looks like my mancave is going to have a move around down into the basement. So I have been trying to organize another move. This will actually be better as I will have a room the full length and half the width of my house. Roughly 10' x 30' lots of room for a full on Zulu war :D:D:D:D:D. Hopefully then my playtime will be a little more frequent as I will have a better display space.

Great series of photos of your 24th figures defending the hospital at your Drift LT. The last picture really shows off your new base nicely.
Mike

This operating set is really great!

Wait impatiently the Stretcher Bearer Set now!

In keeping with the hospital theme, I intend to park the Rucker hospital wagon next to the building when it is released in April.I am working on the fact that scene might have existed when the mission was manned after the battle of the 22nd for many more months.Lord Chelmsford left his men here and returned to Natal to raise another army. Watch this spot.

Thanks Mike and Martyn I happen to run across a couple of black and whites to share....The Lt.

I miss the red coats which make them stand out and unite them as smart looking army, but great shots nevertheless.

That's more like it. You are lucky to have that one off figure. Always felt my officiers are lost in the sea of men and do not stand out, but a pistol would help that for sure. Perhaps a future release modification is warranted for both Rorke's Drift officiers.
