He goes great with everything. Can you show the shield up front? It looks better than the preproduction shields I think.

And I can't find anything on a possible release (except the now outdated WB release schedule). How did you get this figure Joe

Ah Hobby Bunker has 3 of the glossies listed as in stock. Were they released the same time as the matte 24th?? In that case they might be on their way right now.

It's my understanding that the 3 glossy Zulus arrived in the last couple of days and it seems like they've arrived at a number of shoppes within a day or two of each other as Mister David found them at his visit to Paul's today.

Here's a photo you asked for and I've included another matching him up with A Traditional figure for an additional comparison....Joe

Those figures will go well with the Trophy sets. I need to bulk up my Impi.

Here is Braitains Hospital Vignette #2 without the hospital, or a prayer! I've had to move the Hospital Vignette about 12 miles across the Natal border. Mike

Mister Dave,

His socks are old and repaired, and his seat is even muddy from being dragged!
Thanks Mike

Britains

Thanks , Men...
The only problem with this set is that the Zulu warrior is standing on his shield. I' don't know if it is really a problem, but to me it seems as if he is riding on it like Alladin, or Chevy Chase. With my "zookeeper" and baby killer trng it just makes me feel almost sacreligious to step on my own *@*%! Mike

Why do you say you are a trained zoo keeper and baby killer?

Some really interesting sets have come out. I will be taking a look at them at the shop soon. I have to do some more in the Zulu world after the smoke begins to clear.

That is certainly one of the great new WB Zulu releases. Makes the list keep growing.
No question that if a Spartan stepped on his shield he would dishonored; not sure about the Zulus.

It's a very neat set and I like how they have used the sheild as the base for the figure. I'm not sure but I would warrant as guess, that the last thing on the Zulus' mind was if he was standing on his shield or not

Hi There! When I designed this set and the other Zulu attacking with the knob-kerrie I wanted to minimize the impact of the bases so they could be used inside the Witt house. That is the reason one uses the shield to stay upright and the other uses some debris from the damaged wall.

Ken,

Brilliant work on all your stuff.! Keep it Up! My real complaint revolved around it sliding down my J G cliff face like a snowboarder, and that's my problem! Mike
