Yes , this is just a wonderful set. Not very scarce in my view but always desirable and expensive indeed.

I don't think they came in a set of eight, unless you mean a grouping, rather than a set per se?

Brad is right they came in a set of 6 with catalogue number BS.9, a picture of which Brad shows in his link.

Individual figures were available to buy, they had their own catalogue numbers:-

B.8 SAILOR ADVANCING WITH RIFLE AT THE HIGH PORT
B9/A OFFICER ADVANCING WITH DRAWN PISTOL

The individual figures were unboxed
