Conte seems to have a problem with the factory he deals with.Either they are very big and have a lot of manufacters they have contracts with or they are just very slow.

Yes they do. Got them at a Crate and Barrel in Houston for 40 a piece. It was a time saver rather than working in the garage to make another wooden shelf.

Well done with that collection. I recognize a lot of WB and Conte. Both companies certainly made and continue to make some great Civil War sets.

That's a darn good start to what I am sure will grow into a fine ACW collection. You have already got two or three complete sets of Britains and Conte best issues.

You also have the single foot figures of Hood and Longstreet, today if you can find these they are currently selling for anything above $85 a piece. Not bad for an issue price of less than $10. And you will be pleased to know I'm sure I haven't got either of those guys in my collection-got real close a couple of times but they always managed to escape me. So you're way ahead of me there. Well done and keep collecting as there really are some great looking figures out there.

Thank you Reb. Serious now, Hood and Longstreet are 85 a piece now? Thats something, I think I paid 20 to get both. If I had bought extras they would be on the market now.
