Herrin's most famous role was Dan Aykroyd's Dream Ghost in GHOSTBUSTERS. While being fitted for a body mold which required the special effects men to put Vaseline over her body, Herrin thought the process was taking too long, so she grabbed the hand of one of the special effects men and placed his hand on her breast saying, 'Let's get on with this!"

I saw that Sid Haig has passed away. He was a great character actor in a lot of B movies and TV shows over the decades. Most recently a horror icon for his role as Capt. Spaulding in "House of 1000 Corpses." He was a gas in that role.

I remember him best as Dragos from "Jason of Star Command", which aired Saturday mornings when I was a kid.

Early in the development of "A Clockwork Orange", too, there was an idea to cast Jagger as Alex, and the rest of the band as his droogs. But the idea was discarded. Good thing, too. McDowell is far, far better than Jagger ever could have been.

THE KATZIE KID:

Thanks for the link. VERBOTEN starred Best and also starred Susan Cummings, who co-starred in my favorite THE TWILIGHT ZONE episode, "To Serve Man". Cummings said the famous line, "It's a cookbook!".
