Here's another try...
Getting a scene just right is a process of trial and error. (I'm jealous of Mestell because he gets such clear, in focus, deep depth of field shots so effortlessly.)
This shot is a little closer but still not as sharp as I'd like it. I need to get further away to take the shot but that will mean moving a bunch of stuff to make room. Or maybe I'll give up on the early morning lighting and change backdrops and use more light.
I found this barn in the back room of The Toy Box in Madison for 7 bucks. It was a shiny red hard plastic, but I saw the potential. Once I had it painted, I then got around to painting the New Ray farmhouse I've had since Christmas. Put them together with the great Britains scenics and I've got a pretty good 10th century farm set up.
Who makes the caisson that is pictured?
