Thanks for the Corgi links. I've got the 1:32 Lewis Hurricane and Hackl Bf-109. I like both models very much however they are HUGE!!! That does pose a serious problem if one wants to collect a great number of these planes. I think the 1:48 and 1:72 series are great alternatives for planes. I really like the WWI planes but never got to collecting them. When K&C announced they were going to make planes my days of picking up Corgi's were over. I'm now eagerly awaiting their upcoming product releases and have purchased the Spitfire. I've definitely caught airplane fever lately.![]()
The size and comparative cost of 1-32/30 does encourage collectors to concentrate on the more famous aircraft.
