IMHO, This is a Must have. If you only buy one piece yearly. This has to be it.,
Maybe, its because I have been waiting and wishing for a Panzer IV. For quite sometime now.
And to have a tank That I can Have a different variation that I can change it to (with or without the side skirts, and one of the skirts a panel can be taken out. with or without the skirts for the turret, damaged or not, with or without stowage) at any given time is spectacular.
This is a well thought out piece, Thank you !! Brian. For making it possible!!
One thing though Brian, You might want to have a different number, with the Zimmerit like what you did with the winter ones. Just in case someone wants to buy both versions.

Also ordered the Normandie version without Zim..Pretty soon, CS will be the only mfg. not asking $200 bucks or more, for a vehicle...Michael

The numbers are indeed different.:D

So you can definitely take all the side skirt armor off, on both sides of the tank and the turret? Can you also take off the armor mounting rails? The CS website isn't clear about this.

You can take off the Skirts on both sides turret and sides of the tank, and the Mounting rails are attached to the skirts, so it also can be taken off.

That would just leave the mounting brackets I guess.

Looks like the brackets and skirts are one piece. Mine arrives tomorrow, I will let you know. Here's a pic from the CS site.

No they are all able to breakdown quite well. We made sure without the brackets and skirts the vehicle had no remnants of the schurzen. Rest assured it was well thought out in that regard.:)

Brian....

It looks a first class job and, look forward to getting one very soon. Probably, IMO the best tank that you have released... to date

Mine arrived today. It is gorgeous! However, I had a little trouble putting the schürtzen together. It makes a beautiful static display, but I suspect it will be too delicate to use as a gaming piece. But I shall try this weekend. ;) Jürgen

The shurzen goes on easy when using the matching indented numbers. Each strut has a small indented number, it needs to be matched with the corresponding hole in the shurzen plate. But then that's it!

Glad to hear you like it!:)

regards,

Brian
