Thanks for your size comparison.
However. the TSSD figure you posted is the smallest WW2 guy they make.

I wondered about that - but that add on set is the only TSSD Germans I have....I'll try to get hold of some of their earlier figures...

Exp force looks awfull big! From one extreme to another. I'm starting to have my doubts.

Any comparison with conte Germans and GIs and TSSD Germans (earlier ones) and GIs? I am initially disappointed with the apparent size difference based on the provided picture. They appear to be a size and girth in their own class. What kind of weapon is the German on the far right holding?

I think Austin & TSSD figures are a slight bit larger than Conte figures, not by much. But as you said these Exp look to be a size all their own. It isn't just the height it's the girth. I was really looking forward to these as of now it looks like I will not be buying them.

Jim,
Thanks for posting the pictures, best to get this out of the way now.

Serenity now; insanity later.........................

Oh my God!!!
I've been saying all along, making figures based on the scale of a previous set is like playing the "Telephone Game" !!
In 10 years the standard will be 1/28th scale!!
This is bad!
Now no one is going to want them and they will abandon WW2!!
TRUE 1:32 scale is BRITAINS DEETAIL!
NOT TSSD!

Plastic General, greatly disappointed!!!

!@#$%^ DISASTER!!!
How could this happen??!
Do these people live in a bubble??
1:32!! thats 1:28

As someone noted, the TSSD guy I used wasn't the best figure to compare. He's on the small side.. I know when I do large dioramas I routinely use figures of varying sizes and they tend to work fine (at least for me).

The Titanic, the Hindenburg, Expeditionary Force gets the scale wrong on some plastic army guys.

Stalingrad, Isandlwuna, Dien Bien Phu, Expeditionary Force gets the scale wrong on some plastic army guys.

Wot a disasta as they say in New Jersey.

Epic, just epic........................worlds are colliding.

Since they might be a little larger, knocking them down
with wine corks will be easier.

I was armed and ready to plunk down some dough for multiple sets....but I agree with the sentiment that they are disappointingly too large! I might purchase 1 set to compare before considering purchasing any more.

I too want to thank Jim for posting those pictures. I had pre ordered over $300 worth of these figures with the stipulation that their size was compatable with TSSD & Conte. I was wary of this company as their first set of figures, Civil War, were advertised as 1-32. They turned out smaller than Airfix and were totally useless with Conte & TSSD.
Now this! These are huge. It would be like putting Britains with K&C, they simply won't work no matter what the scenerio.
I can't imagine how this company with the investment they had to make this many different figures could completely botch this.
Another thing to consider with this size these figures won't work with all the 21st Century & FOV vehicles out there.
I don't see myself spending a dime on these. Prior to the pictures I had my initial order of over $300 with intentions of buying at least one of all the remaining sets then buying conversions from my guys that do them. We are talking $1000 here for PLASTIC.
Since WW2 in plastic is my favorite collecting area I'm truely disappointed. But this too will pass. But one last rant. In this age of technology how could this happen is beyond me!
Don't worry folks I'm not sitting at my computer sobbing uncontrollably. Just needed to vent. Now I'm going to kick my dog and I'll be fine!

A lot of industry is now moving from China to Mexico,
perhaps this very bad mistake is due to the communication barrier and too much distance to keep on top of things?
Maybe its time for the producers in our hobby to look to Mexico?

And "YES" I did expect a rose garden for this one!
I was very willing and excited to spend hundreds of dollars a year on this company,
I just hope the guy from EX FORCE is rich and will learn form this blunder and continue to produce great figures in proper 1:32 / 1:30 scale.
