Highlanders and Camel Corps, supported by a Naval Bdge Gatling Gun, are drawn up to meet a Dervish attack in the Sudan. A mix of WB, JJD and Maison Militaire figs set on a BRama mat.

Wasn't going to go into this series but decided the Camel Corps and Naval Bgde figs were too good to pass up. Also, wanted to get into a series at the beginning, without having to chase down
figs on the secondary market. Still, haven't acquired everything in this line. :rolleyes2: Chris

Chris

Now that's what I would describe as a great investment as these figures are superb and make for a darn decent diorama as can be seen from your pictures

Impressive work-Well thought out and very well executed

Bob

Hi Chris,

Excellent choice of period to collect and makes for some great photos! I collect the JJD range but have recently acquired a few boxes of WB's for a separate display.

Brilliant.

Thanks Mike, Gary and Luiz. I look fwd to adding more figs as they are released. :salute:: Chris

That's a great diorama and I love those Camel Corps sets. Looks super!

Beautiful backdrop! Shear numbers of figures makes the whole diorama POP! Also agree the Camel Corp charge looks fantastic. Charles

Chris I keep checking my collection to make sure my figures are still present, as I have the duplicate of every figure you have shown in your excellent display. Nice to know someone else has gone to the trouble and expense of chasing down those Heritage figures which combine so well with the Britain's and JJD. Look forward to more scenes using the Nile theme. Cheers, Robin.

Thanks guys. Hi Robin, trying to get a few more of the Heritage figs but it takes time. Chris

An impression collection and some great scenes Chris. The camel battle is my favorite and very impressive.

Also rec'd Heritage Camel Corps figs, including the Gardner gun, which go well with WB and JJD Sudan figs.
