First Legion Stug III Ausf F/8 (1 Viewer)

Seriously, it's pretty good isnt it?! :D

I'm still listening to the Cranberries..LOVE 'EM.

Good call on the Cranberries... Dolores's voice is an acquired taste but it hooked me from the first album.

Oh yeah nice Stug too.

I don't think I'll be able to afford it but it looks cool.

Ok, in the vein of "talk" being cheap, here you go...........

Caveats....
1. This is NOT the final model. Many details are missing.
2. Because of 1. I won't anwer any questions.
3. If any K&C or HB or Figarti vehicles are this good, I'll eat my hat.

Yeah, that's right, the crew are FULL figures....Dispaly them inside the tank or display them outside.

Seriously, if there is anything better available, please point it out to me.

Very nice Matt.
Well done
May I ask the price.

Mother of god. I almost missed this entire thread reading about the Cranberries.;)

Congratulations Matt, a great looking vehicle. If only I had the resources to carry two time periods.

That is an impressive looking tank and I am very sure that the feature of the multiple use possibility for two full figures will be much appreciated.
Let's see what the details on the finished model are and, of course, what the price will be.
Good job, however!
Konrad

Wow Matt, you certainly delivered here! Even though these are not the final pics, it is still an impressive piece. And, just by the number of posts today, you can tell how much people have been waiting for this. The two full figures and the awesome wavy-flag are a perfect finish for this release.

As always, you have raised the bar with your work. Keep it up.

Noah

A truly impressive vehicle Matt!

It looks like the independent Sturmgeschütz-Abteilung 245 which was destroyed in Stalingrad with the 6th Army.

The crew look very good to me with the feldgrau double breasted Sturmgeschütz tunics. It even looks like they have the red piping from the artillery branch.

This may sound silly but what color is this vehicle? It appears to be different colors depending on the picture. Is this some sort of DAK color scheme which was used on some vehicles sent to the southern Soviet Union?

I am looking forward to seeing the final production version.

Very nice stug, is it 1:30th scale?? I know the soldiers are smaller but hopefully the vehicles are 1:30 scale, this is a great time to be collecting you have F.L. new WWII line coming up, we have C.S. new hanomag in both Normandy and winter camo, and K&C mystery release on the 30th to be announced!!!! and we haven't even gotten to Chicago yet!!! huuurraayyy!!!!!...Sammy

What a great looking Stug. My only concern would be how much?

It looks like the price has become the 10,000 dollar question, let's just hope 10,000 isn't the answer..........(sorry Matt, I couldn't resist)....my guess is it will come in less than 10,000.

Come on Matt, spill the beans, especially with you being originally from Beantown (sorry, couldn't resist again, especially after the Red Sox won AGAIN tonight, yeah baby.............)....

We mind as well go "all out" and set up a STUG price "Poll" on the forum.

Yep it a great looking model
It will set the bar for all the other to follow & for what there charging they should should be looking like that already !
Just wish your make a Comet tank like that in the future ;)

Im guessing $250 - $300 dollar range? I would be surprised if it was anything less then that. People just want to no if they can afford it or not.

What is this tank made of? Is it polystone like other companies, or are you using a different material?
