Looking great, Jeff,
and your idea about displaying them is as close as possible to what I have in mind. It is going to be fun to watch them come alive.
Thanks for the multiple views.

Wow Jeff:)

This is going to be exciting. I love the gallery you have set up on your member page.

Konrad,

Thanks for the paint specification, I think we have a day or so (whilst the undercoat dries) to decide how :)D) we tackle the Indians.

Jeff

Jeff: I guess its time for a "prayer" for rain clouds. Haven't seen any progress in a few days. Here's hoping there's storm clouds in the near future.

Dick, the "Storm Clouds" have been in my head for the last week :( not been feeling like painting. I hope to be getting on with these later today or tomorrow.

Thanks for the thought though ;)

Sorry about hat -- hope you're feeling better.

Hi Jeff,
sorry to hear that you're not feeling good.
I went right ahead and told the "medicine man" to quit the raindance and come up with some good "medicine" instead.
Hope it works ;)
All the best!
Konrad

Sorry, but it's been a long frustratingly mind fuddling and non-productive ten days since I posted the photos of the undercoated castings :(. I will try to get a couple of colours on tomorrow probably the Green and Red.

There…that’s better.

Regards

Jeff

Very good idea, Jeff,
first the green and the red.
Once you got that going, the rest will be a "piece of cake" :D

Seriously now, no stress with the painting. You make sure first that you feel good and want to dip the brush into any paint. We don't have no timeline here. After all, it should be fun, both the painting and of course the watching ;)

All the best!

Konrad,

It's going to be fun watching Jeff try and make red out of a mix of the various shades of green he has acculmalated. We all know that I've got the UK stockpile of red.

Jeff,

I'll go easy on you. Why don't you start with the Rangers. You can do the British Greencoats later. :)

Tut, tut....you must not mock the afflicted! :p :D I’ll have you know that I have perfected the art of turning small tins of Green paint into vast quantities of Red. All will be revealed tomorrow ;).

:):)

Hate it when that happens. Hope you are feeling better soon!:)

Would you belive it!.......I haven't done any painting for a couple of weeks due to work/stress/under the weather and when I get down to it this afternoon I find the RED has nearly dried up  just got enough for the first coat on the British Officers. SIMON WHERE ARE YOU?

However, there is plenty of GREEN paint to go around ;) so here we have a couple of photos of the Rangers and British.

There will be a late arrival to this set in the form of another Indian, so when he turns up I will paint those three together.

Konrad - we need to firm up the painting scheme for these fellows.

Regards

Jeff
