Regarding alliances - I didn't see it, but I've been told there were flags on the ships on the fleet belonging to Tyrell and Martell, so some in Westeros have already chosen

I thought Varys visiting Grandma and the crazy Dorne girls implied that he was recruiting their alliance...

Another awesome season, read interviews with creators - 2 seasons left and we can figure what's next! Did you notice the light fixtures both globes and metal works in the Library? They are engraved with the sigils that are the opening of the show, kind of neat!

Confirmed by HBO today,Jon Snow's father is Rhaegrar Targareon. Also only 13-15 episodes left for next 2 seasons.
