Gary,

Congratulations of the collection and diversity of the same! And on the photos! Specially the close ups...what type of lens do you use for the picture groups come out all crisp and not just the one item focused and the rest a bit blurred?
To have that many dios and sets, you must have a huge den, a extra large cookie jar for savings and an unike Mrs that does not get crazy evey time you come home with a new box...{sm4}{sm4}:salute::Keep it up....
Cheers

Somewhere in occupied France on a moonlit night in 1943. A British Lysander quickly lands to swap agents over. The resistance stand guard and as a couple of Germans have a secret liaison with a couple of girls and one gets more than he bargained for!

Enjoy

Its the late 1750's around the current Canadian/US border. French infantry and marines go out on patrol from their fort but are quickly ambushed by a joint British/Indian force.

Thanks George. Your comments humbly accepted and much appreciated. Gary

As a secret Santa present from work I got the Airfix Desert Outpost 1/32 scale building. Not really my thing but on Boxing day armed with glue and paints I assembled this simple building and roughly painted it. It was actually very relaxing with a cold beer sat on the back deck with temperatures at around 28 degrees.

It needed some figures so instead of the normal Afrika Korps or Eight Army I plumped for getting some Italian forces to use this building as a backdrop.

Christmas Eve and the Farley brothers of Regal Enterprises had finished some Norman archers to add to the battle of Hastings diorama. Just Norman infantry and maybe a few Saxon cavalry to go.

Never a shortage of figures in your scenes Gary. The fort is a great addition. Robin.

Thanks Robin. Probably I have too many figures. If we go back to live in the UK the shipping costs are going to be a killer.

Its 1808 and Napoleon is on the back foot in Spain as the Spanish army makes ground defeating the French and driving them out of Madrid. However Napoleon himself takes control and spends three months pacifying the Spaniards. This scene is of a Spanish patrol in a hill top town running into some French resistance.
