General Robert E Lee confers with Gens AP Hill and Henry Heth about the possibility of continuing the first day's fight against Union positions on Cemetary Hill. A young staff officer points out the Federal positions.

Passing troops gather round to watch and catch a few words by Marse Lee in hopes they can pass them on to family, should they survive this battle.

Nice use of different companies soldiers. Fourth photo is quite effective, with troops gazing into the distance while a dead soldier is in the foreground. Great composition.

What suggestions did Bob make by the way?

Good ones I'm sure as I find that is the most important thing on how a scene looks. That is why I can't wait until spring so I can take photos in the natural light. Always makes everything look 100 percent better.

I continue to "play" with my ACW figures, setting them up in different scenarios . . . I just haven't been too enthusiastic lately in taking pictures of anything I've done. With recent photos of Bob Jones' (UKReb) Antietam story line and your photos, I might just have to join into the "fray" again. Great use of WB and Fl figures . . . I also find that these two TS manufacturers figures go extremely well together . . . . certainly a great fit. 2013 is certainly shaping up to be a very good year for us ACW collectors . . . My campaign slouch hat is off to you . . .
