Passing troops gather round to watch and catch a few words by Marse Lee in hopes they can pass them on to family, should they survive this battle.

Nice use of different companies soldiers. Fourth photo is quite effective, with troops gazing into the distance while a dead soldier is in the foreground. Great composition.

What suggestions did Bob make by the way?

Great pictures Chris {bravo}}

Cheers

Martyn:)

I can see a lot of effort went into this - resulting in some great photos!

Hi Brad, Bob gave me some lighting suggestions to eliminate shadows on the backdrop.

Looks real good, Chris. I like the mix of different makers figures. Scene really works. -- Al

Good ones I'm sure as I find that is the most important thing on how a scene looks. That is why I can't wait until spring so I can take photos in the natural light. Always makes everything look 100 percent better.

Another really great set-up Chris. From this scene it looks like FL and WB mix pretty well size wise.

Thanks again for sharing your work with us.

Chris...that is one good looking display!

Many thanks guys for the kind remarks. Most appreciated. I think this will be a great yr with all the pending releases. Chris

My goodness Chris . . . your photo offerings are getting better and better at each new presentation. Very well done. I continue to "play" with my ACW figures, setting them up in different scenarios . . . I just haven't been too enthusiastic lately in taking pictures of anything I've done. With recent photos of Bob Jones' (UKReb) Antietam story line and your photos, I might just have to join into the "fray" again. Great use of WB and Fl figures . . . I also find that these two TS manufacturers figures go extremely well together . . . . certainly a great fit. 2013 is certainly shaping up to be a very good year for us ACW collectors . . . My campaign slouch hat is off to you . . .
:smile2: Mike

Your comments are certainly appreciated Mike. I've tried to meet the standards set by you and Bob. Your presentations, and Bob's, enticed me to enter the ACW dio world some time ago. Hope to see your next offering soon. May I return the salute with my Kepi, Union blue of course. Chris

Chris
