Maybe Just a day trip to the dark side Wayne!;)

Seriously though I very much like the tri colour camo on a lot of Normandy stuff, it makes for dio's with depth and interest.I think the Schlepp is a good example of a vehicle that can be duplicated to give a very good effect.

Guys, over the last week I was dragged into a very nasty row on here and now we have more unpleasentness on the FW thread, its all kind of sickened me and so to clear the air and bring some fun back into this area of the forum lets have an old fashioned TF why we like K&C type of thing!.

Now this is the K&C area,so with all due respect to those who don't collect them we are allowed to do this here,so...

Whats been you stand out K&C releases of the year so far.

For me it would have to be

Spitfire
Firefly
Ambulance

(and an honourable mention for the Arnhem Jeep)

So guys, sod all this fighting, lets enjoy the hobby!:):)

Rob

I can't pick out a single favorite myself this year so far, lots of great things. I agree Rob about the Spitfire and Ambulance coming up... they look like great releases for the RAF line. I'm hoping for another USAAF warbird soon, maybe a P-51D or a P-47.:)

I think the whole Crimean range nothing short of superb, the mounted figures are some of the very best K&C have ever done. This whole series is a beautiful depiction of a conflict steeped in glory, error and suffering, top notch stuff from the house of K&C.

Rob,

If I was to dabble outside of WWII, the Crimean Range would be on top of my list for sure, even ahead of the Light Horse. I will probably cop some flack from my countrymen over this admission & get my passport revoked. Alby

Well the Charge of the Light Brigade is much more colourful and well known.
The Light Horse charge is just not as well known outside of Australia.
Everyone has heard of "theirs not to reason why"

The Aussie "Beersheba" charge was a complete success, the "Charge of the Light Brigade" was a sad confusion that resulted in unnecessary deaths, an easy choice imo.
