Thanks to the kindness of a dealer friend in Great Britain, I just purchased a magnificent one of a kind Heco Boer War Steam Tractor (like the one Trophy has made).
The photos he sent me are outstanding!! As soon as a receive it, I will forward photos to Brad with a polite request that he post them.

I forwarded Brad the photos of the Heco Steam Tractor that Dave Hazell, a former Heco dealer sent me, with a polite request that you post them on this thread. Dave, who as an owner of Henley Models, was one of the "big 3" Heco dealers, along with our good friend Gideon of Classic Toys, and Under Two Flags, told me this one of a kind steam tractor was the best thing Tony Williams ever produced.

You are not going to believe this, but I just got a note from our good friend Clive (Lurchio) that the man himself, Tony Williams, made me the Heco Hurricane he had indicated he would make, then couldn't make because of health issues.
I of course immediately agreed to buy it, and soon will have a second Heco Hurricane on my airfield diorama. As usual, photos will follow upon receipt.

Nope I didnt pick up a Heco Triplane. I have been getting ready to move overseas to Germany so I havent been buying much in recent months but you can bet I will certainly look for a couple of their WWI Tanks when I get over to Europe. Till then I guess I will have to enjoy what you post.

My good buddy in the U.K. Clive (Lurchio) just informed me that he has taken delivery of my new Heco Hawker Hurricane, and Tony Williams will soon be sending him the replacement wheel for my first Heco Hurricane.
I may be waiting until another good mate from the U.K., Kevin (Panda1gen) comes to visit in July to get it, to avoid the risks inherent in shipping such an amazing item.
I will be getting my wonderful Heco Rolls Royce WWI Halftrack command vehicle back on Wednesday. I will take some photos of it and politely asking Brad to post them for me.
