That is a beauty..I have noticed that Heco's earlier stuff had a flat propeller, but as they got more experienced, you can see a more dimensional prop..Michael
I just e-mailed Brad some photos of my new Pfalz DIII, with a polite request that he post them for me on this thread. The first few are of it right out of the box with the certificate. The remainder are shots of it on the airfield next to a Heco Tinplate Pfalz DIX.
There is a Heco Tinplate Fokker DR1 Tri Plane for sale on ebay with a buy it now of $249. I already have one in these exact markings, and am not the seller. Here is a link to the auction:

Should be getting some photos of additional Heco items available for sale this weekend. Updates once I have seen what the gentleman offering them for sale has available.
Louis, those are English soldiers I believe, that would be a tea cup, not a coffee cup.

Walt,
You are clearly 100% correct - my bad! The soldier is clearly enjoying a cup of hot, sweet cha, as George MacDonald Fraser put it, "the British Army's panacea for everything but a stomach wound."
I think I may have found a Heco or A.W. Military Figures figure with a coffee mug similar to the one posted on this thread by John (Beating Retreat) in post 230.
Waiting to hear back from seller, but I think I just bought a Heco Tinplate Albatross DV with a red fuselage. Assuming he accepts my offer, photos to follow on receipt.
