Very cool display Mike, and still plenty of wall space to fill.
Thank you very much Oz

Good terrain mats certainly make for one great scene. Robin.
this is gonna make a gorgeous display Mike...
Mike,
Great layout with plenty of room for creativity. You really thought out this scene.
Steve
Looks great Mike, very well laid out., looking forward to seeing it loaded up with troops.
Go big or go home...…………………...:wink2:
I got an email from Ken about two weeks ago saying he finally had time to fill the back orders on these bases, and promising he was getting to work on the 8 I ordered September 12, 2020. These are each handmade by Ken and Erika, and there were delays in getting some of the raw materials because of Covid, so they are still being made but with some fairly significant delays.Does anyone on this forum know if Hudson Allen is going to make/produce more of these?
Louis...
I spoke to Erica this morning...
and she gave me the same news on mine...
I'm delighted that it's a work in progress and am anxious to get it...
they do the absolute best ground work in the business!
Louis...
good pickup on the bases you purchased on Treefrog...
Erica said Ken was actually working on mine right now...
I'm excited...
about a week or 10 days til finished...
according to your original post...
I think I ordered mine before you ordered yours...
you know...they lost the guy that made the bases...
Ken always flocked them...
but now they have to make the bases too...
it's quite a process...
add in the moving...new location...new employees...running WB...etc...
they have had their hands full...
I'm glad they are back on track...
I think mine is 18"x30"...
it's been so long I erased the original email...^&grin
I'll let you know when I get mine...
they really are the best product available...
The two H&A Scenic Bases to go have joined my Franco-Prussian War diorama:
Here are a few photos of my 2'x3' picture (poster) frame diorama I made for my JJD ACW figures. Six of the Scenic-To-Go bases fit perfectly into the frame. I got the poster frame at Michael's craft store on sale for $12 (normally $40). The backdrop is also a H&A product.View attachment 273481View attachment 273482View attachment 273483View attachment 273484View attachment 273485
