We decided to try our collective hands at making a short (2 1/2 min) video of our Isandlwana dio. Special acknowledgement goes out to Ken and Ericka Olsen for the outstanding dio board. We think the soundtrack is great, so crank up the volume and we hope you enjoy the show. Chris & Michael.

I have seen a few others in the past. This is by far the best, using music brings the figures to life. Keep up the good work will look forward to future movie shorts.

Enjoyed this the second time around Chris as much as I did the first.....The Lt.

We done. A comment from the peanut gallery: I think the quick cuts and eye level shots worked better than the overhead so I might have reversed the order. The quick cuts really heightened the tension so I might have quickened the cuts as you reached the climax. Like I said, peanut gallery comments ^&grin

Thanks for taking the time to do it. Very enjoyable. Adds a whole new dimension to the hobby.

Thanks guys, appreciate the comments. :salute::

Brad, good ideas always welcomed. I know what you mean regarding the quick cuts. We used some as the pace of the score picked up (have no idea of the correct musical term) at the beginning sequence. Hope to do an ACW video next, if I can convince my video graphics tech (son), and incorporate what you mentioned. Chris

Chris,
That is a great diorama, excellent video showcasing it, loved the music too.

Looking forward to an ACW video as well, keep up the great work, very enjoyable to view.

Excellent stuff. I really like this era but, would be too big a departure and too late in the day to get to this stage. Have a few little sets from this range but, sadly, will never get to the stage of some of the displays on here. Britain's do make some very nice sets!!!

Outstanding video Chris, great idea nicely executed! It's nice to see something a little different on here for a change ^&cool keep up the good work.

Great show, love this era. Looks so realistic and excellent touch with the cotton wool emanating from the gun barrels! Ha . Looks like the thin red line has just fired a volley! Which company is this then about to be annihilated, G under Lieutenant Charlie Pope!?

Chris, I'm late to the party as I have just found this. Spectacular job and a most impressive result. USUTHU! -- Al
