Gentlemen,
As has been my habit over the last three years to photograph and report on the K&C Brisbane Dinner, I wish to advise that this will continue this year. My trusty camera and tape recorder will be at the ready for the Q&A part of Andy's talk.
I will be flying out to Brisbane in one weeks time, so this gives you blokes one week to place on this thread any pressing questions you would like asked of Andy at this Dinner or if time permits over a quick fifteen minute cup of coffee during his Meet'n'Greet time at the Military Workshop. Please guys no long winded questions. Short and sharp.
This is the fourth Brisbane Dinner and is shaping up to be the biggest and best so far. Looking forward to catching up with all the new Aussie collectors from all across the continent and the big dude Chris McKenna ^&grinand his KGB coming over from New Zealand
Cheers Howard

Looking forward to catching up with you Howard and i totally agree, this "do" is shaping up to be a cracker.

Howard,
Mate I'll have the same first question I think as your goodself....what new Lighthorse can we expect eg: would like more camp life figures and wagons, artillery etc. Second, what Great War might be on the cards again camp life figures, artillery and etc, generally I would of course like to see Australians of all wars and eras. Howard I do indeed look forward to meeting you at the dinner which I know will be a great evening, I think we may end up on the footpath outside of Brett's tho as you can't swing a cat inside with more than five blokes at the counter.......:wink2::rolleyes2:{sm3}
Cheers mate,
Wayne.

Thanks for asking,

1. When or if will there ever be any more Wild West.
2. When or if will there ever be anymore Civil War.
3. When or if will there ever be any more Rough Riders.
4. Why can we not get answers to these kind of questions on the forum.
5. Why has it been ten months without any American Soldiers at all. There has never been more then one month here or there without UK or German soldiers in a dispatch ever.
6. Can we get some African American troops in WW2, how about Tuskegee, etc. Also in Civil War if there is to be any civil war. If not why.
7. What is the Christmas set going to be or hint.
8. What or is there anything next for WW1 other then Aviation and when.
9. Is it possible to find a way to cut overhead etc and bring the price of KC figures down.

Here is a start for ya.

I will send more short sentence questions like these later.

Good luck.

I better rush in while there are a few spots open!

How can we have peace in the Middle East?
Is there a God?
How come no matter how many times you use a tube of tooth paste, there is always enough for one more cleaning?

I would appreciate it if a question could be posed to Andy regarding the possibility of future French 1914 releases, as in, will there be artillery like the 75mm, and will there be cavalry. Thank you. -- Al

Hi Howard could you ask for me if K&C are going to make any new fighting Japs. My US marines are fighting no one at the moment.Simmo.{sm4}

There are at least three of us attending the dinner lining up to ask the same questions!

Regards

Jack

I agree with Ludwig. We need more African American troops like the tuskegee airmen and the ACW 54th regiment. And also we need more Japanese.

I should be there Howard, but just back from Singapore means I will just to be happy I went to K&C shop, 'A soldiers story' as my treat for this year. Hopefully next year. Reckon I will get my wish which is LH camels( great to see a camel train carrying machine gun or gun parts), but have seen WW1 trucks/cars in gloss carrying British troops which I would love Andy to have a crack at also. Otherwise just have a good time & wine & dine the man so he will want to come back again. Look forward to your report of the event in due course, cheers, Robin.

Howard,

If you will slip just this one in ... I shall be grateful.

Q. Is K&C satisfied with the market reception or the Imperial China, 3 Kingdoms sub-range and when can collectors expect a broader representation of the many characters and armies lof that period.

Much appreciated ... And wishing all down under, the best of fun.

OD

HOWARD could you asked Andy if there any plans for a Me 262 night fighter or Fw 152 please thank in advance

I agree with Ludwig. We need more negroe troops like the tuskegee airmen and the ACW 54th regiment. And also we need more Japs.

Would it not be best to have first a RedTail P-51 of the Tuskagee pilots and then add in some crewmen ???

Howard, Maybe Andy will give an answer on whether the K&C Stuka will be a reality or not. At the Texas show he mentioned they were still working on it.
The 99 planes Figarti made was a drop in the bucket as far as collector interest in this aircraft !

GREY 88,TIGER,Kett and OPEL...................^&grin

Thanks Howard.
