I love these dios Tim, they are still just as much fun to view as they were when you first showed them to us.

Great job !!

Tim:

I always enjoy seeing your work. And as much as I really appreciate the collector's pieces, I am even more fascinated by your creative conversions. I am spending a lot more time (when I can find it) doing conversions also. It is as close as I can come to creating an original figure, as my sculpting skills are just horrendous...my figures all look like scarecrows. Your original buildings are truly inspiring, and whe I see them, I think sadly on the projects I keep putting off but would really like to get going on...including all the Hougoumont structures not produced commercially in 54mm. I have all the materials here, just need to get some other projects out of the way so I can get to it. Please keep inspiring me with your work!

Thoroughly enjoying this thread, fantastic pic's:eek:

You don't have to be a Napoleonic's collector to appreciate such grand display's!!.

Thanks soooo much for sharing guys.:D:)

Now that Tim has posted...it's an official Nap thread!!!

Fish...you pics look better than ever...I just spent an hour going over the amazing detail in your battery...your conversions...your buildings...your awesome cavalry and your one of a kind artillery crew...

that artillery crew is the best I have ever seen...so many different conversions add so much life to the pictures...

all the different figures you created really give your diarama a one of a kind look...

have not talked to you in a while...but glad to see you posting...I'm gonna give you a call and say hi...

Thanx Mike! The conversions and scratch built stuff are the biggest joy I get in doing this stuff, as I,m sure your well aware of with the great stuff you create also. I don,t know how to explain it but even though it might not look as good as the store bought mass produced stuff you get a certain joy knowing you created it the way you wanted it and had the learning experience of making it yourself.

Tim - Thanks for posting your collection - OUTSTANDING !!

Come you guys - post your pictures - I know there are more NAPOLEONIC COLLECTORS out there !! ;)
