Ladies & Gentlemen.................The Delhi Durbar (1 Viewer)

The last of my Durbar figures arrived today. (even though it was the first to be released)

Another very nice figure and posed with some of the others from the series.

Very nice looking Scott. Very colorful figure sets - you can't have enough color in my opinion.

Nice addition to your collection Scott and thanks for sharing it.

Hi Scott,

It is a pleasure to see you enjoying the Delhi Durbar figures. I think the Kitchener figure is one of the better ones in the Britains new matte Delhi Durbar line. I am glad you now have all the matte Durbar figures Britains has produced. It will be fun to see what comes next!

Warmest personal regards,

Pat :)

Thanks Pat, this is my first "complete" collection :D. My only concern is with the horses I think they maybe a little too large when placed with the standing figures. In a lot of thirld world countries the horse are small in stature and these horses are quite beefy. Maybe it is just me ???

I am waiting to see what comes next also. I have a few different Menpes pictures and I am trying to pick what will be next from Britains. :)

Very nice Scott  Thanks for sharing, Glad you have finally got all the original Durbar releases!!! Not long now till we all receive the new catalogue & you will have to start all over again with this years releases lol

Cheers Craig

Got mine too
Quality more than i expected (awsome)
I just hope that Britain will continue this line
I saw all the pictures from Menpes book
Hope they make them all
Camels,bullocks and maybe the carriage
The silver gun of Baroda looks awsome with gunners
lord Curzon on state elephant would be great(it was in the pictures)
Can't go wrong with Britain Durbar AWSOME COLLECTION
Keep on Durbar Britains

Well the Britains Matte Durbar seems to have dropped off the radar. Hopefully Richard or Ken can provide some insight as to what we may see in the future, if anything at all. Be a shame to just have these few figures and nothing else.

Hi Scott,

Thanks for raising this question. I must believe more figures/sets will be forthcoming. I suspect it is simply a matter of time before we see some new additions to the line. My plan is to be patient and wait to see what might be announced in the future. Nevertheless, I most certainly look forward to a response to your question from Richard or Ken.

Warmest personal regards,

Pat :)
