Martyn,

Nice pick-ups, I wish that some of those Trophy delaers would make it to the Chicago Show.

I saw the Zulu drummers in the pictures, I would love to find that set.

By the way, where are the pictures?

Brian

Hi Brian

The pictures will be on their way during the week, we have been having a Heatwave here in my part of the UK during the last few days, it is still continuing as I type this reply:cool:, and I must confess to spending my time during Sunday enjoying it:D.

I know the chap selling the drummers and will see if they are still available;)

Here is a very quick shot I have just taken of the "LOAD FAST OR DIE" set, this was produced as a "special" without the Zulu wearing a 24th helmet, you can see the standard version in my "Albums"

Can't blame you Martyn for wanting to spend the time driving around with the Mrs. with the top down to enjoy the sun an I'm sure we can wait to enjoy your photos of your new sets. If there was anyone who could come up with special set done by Len we have'nt seen our Master Trophy Hunter would be the one to do so. Thanks for sharing the set with us Martyn as a starter.......Joe

Thanks Joe and I'm glad you like the set.

I also have been given access to a large reference collection of early and late Trophy catalogues, over 300 pages of set#s and several black and white/colour plates. There is info to many of the very early single figures with their set #'s from the 1980's:cool:

The campaigns covered, though not all go way back, are AZW, NWF, BOER, BOXER, RAJ and INDIAN MUTINY and, last but by no means least;) EGYPT and THE SUDAN.

If anyone has any set info they think I can help them with then please PM me, but bear in mind my days are being enjoyed in the sun at the moment and over 300 pages will take some getting though. I shall be copying all the pages to keep as my own reference library but that will take some time as I'm sure you will appreciate, but great fun:D:D

Cheers
