I've got my sets listed on spread sheets and I've just gone through them.

Here is a pretty accurate count on figures

1889

This excludes livestock i.e. Horses, Mules, Elephants, Camels, Dogs(an easy one) etc

and equipment i.e. Wagons, Guns, Steam Engines (another easy one), Boxes, Barrels, Rifles, Shields, Muskets, Assegias, Knobkerris etc

and Buildings, Defence works, Diorama pieces, Tents etc

As soon as the Lottery numbers come up I shall be getting a very large house with museum annex, until then I am rotating the figures, display wise, every 6 months. At any one time I have about 20%/25% on display

That is quite the haul Martyn, I think if you got rid of say oh I dunno 10 figures to your favourite forum buddies you would then have the perfect number

that's a large collection to display...requires a lot of room...

I finally got all my stuff out their boxes and I really enjoy it much more being able to look at it...

good luck with the lottery...hope you win it so we can see them all at once...

That is a great set and apart from AZW will fit in nicely with Lieutenant-General Sir Garnet Wolseley's military expedition to Egypt in 1882
