Martyn,
Very impressive display... are they all different variations or special orders? I have two sets in gallop and negotiate to get another one... I need dig them out and check for variations...:D

Hi Al

They are all standard sets. The differences are front to back

Egypt and The Sudan set
Early Zulu or Egyptian War set
Later Zulu War set wearing white FS helmets
Later Zulu War set wearing tan FS helmets

Glad you like them, hope you get your third, you can never have too many gun teams;):D

Hi Martyn: A Very excellent collection of gun teams. Thanks for sharing them with us.

Thanks Tommy, I'm glad you liked them. I am going to feature some AZW Royal Artillery sets in the Zulu War thread, please take a look

Never grow tired of seeing these sets Martyn and will keep my eyes peeled in the AZW thread :D

The elephant gun team was found a couple days ago. Very early version, different from the later version. The elephants have light brown blankets instead of blue ones in the later version, the mahouts are Indian artillery soldiers instead of the civilian mahouts in the later version and Indian Artillery soldiers walking along the gun do not have rifles., a cannon barrel is green instead of black. The figures have a oval base with a silver Trophy sticker attached to it. One elephant has a "factory defect" on his trunk but it will be fixed promptly. I am quite sure that I did not connect all chains in a correct order :D

Very nice Al, shame about the trunk but I know it will be sorted now it is in your capable hands;)

Both 4thhussar and theweinz have the same set as your one pictured in their "Albums", this should help with the chains

I know this isn't much but this is my first Trophy figure relating to Africa, thanks to an ebay auction from Al (boerboy).
