Let it snow (1 Viewer)

Okay, enough is enough ..... April 26th and we have about 4" of snow down now with another 1" or 2" before it ends.

Gee... Sunday it was 80 degrees in Gettysburg.

I feel your pain Larry....no snow here but freezing temps again and I am wearing gloves in the office
I will NOT give up wearing slip-slops tho! Supposed to be back in the 70s by the weekend - one can only hope!

A bone chilling mid-20s in PA this morning. We went straight from balmy 80s a couple weeks ago to winter.

Our forecast as of this morning included the possibility of snow or freezing rain overnight or very early tomorrow morning. But Accu-Weather also predicts temperatures in the seventies on Saturday.

I remember when I was in high school, we had snow on October 10 for three years in a row. It was gone by the next morning, of course, but it was kind of neat to see. And today they'd talk about weather cells. We didn't refer to those, but it was interesting on the ride home from school, about 8 miles, to go from snow to rain and back to snow again, along the way.

Prost!

At least we didn't have a hurricane like we did four years ago!

My car was covered with a thin layer of snow this morning. An early foreshadowing of things to come.

Nope, got only the usual melted version in Seattle: close to 9'' so far in October...

We have a little in the hills outside of town. Of course the top of the hill is about 6000 feet................

Almost 80 here today after dipping into the 20s earlier this week. Wearing shorts to a hockey game tonight.

Hit the lower 80's in the DC region today and will hit the 70's during mid-week. Interesting autumn weather.:rolleyes2: -- Al

Oh no, Winter with snow in Britain. I didn't think this happens anywhere except the American East Coast.

...snow up on Cairngorm, Glenshee, and the Lecht ski centres.....needless to say a number of Munro's were looking like Stollen cakes this morning....Lochnagar was particularly fine....

...looking out from my back garden the nearby range of hills (granted, not as high as a Munro, barely a Donald) had a slight dusting...with the usual wintry nip in the air...

.

Almost 70 here at noon and just a few hours later we have sleet with maybe some snow flurries tonight.
