Things aren't much better on this side of the Delaware, either, Mike. But not to worry-slot machine revenue will take care of everything. As we all know, gambling is tax reform.

Brad,
I'm pickin' up what you're puttin' down. I lived in Scranton for 5 years and my in-laws are in Phoenixville. It used to be real nice, but we have to have bigger and bigger government to handle all the legislated intrusions into personal and professional life. No likee. Mike

Everybody's so short-sighted, nobody looks down the road to the inevitable result or asks the question, "Where is the money going to come from?" Everyone just sees his own narrow interests. That's natural behavior, of course, but it doesn't have to be inevitable. Foresight is what's supposed to separate us from the animals.

Damian,

Because it is a welfare state that employs the unemployable, taxes those who have and gives to those who don't, regulates for the sake of intrusion and revenue, etc... :).BTW Bruce Springsteen is a terrible overrated has-been activist holier than though waste of air-time non-artist. The Sopranos are somewhere else besides where I am in farm country, and belong in NY. Mike

Don't tell the gf that! I agree except he does a great Elmer Fudd Impression!

Jersey is still a nice place, Ive been gone since 1976 nice to be back. Its

interesting I'm currently reading "When Pride Still Mattered" A Life of

Vince Lombardi. When he was at Fordam in 1936 they were worried about

what direction the colleges were taking the nation.

I think today we are seeing the results of this trend. Where the will of the

few are forced on the majority.

We need to step back and once again rely on Hard Work, Pride, and Honor,

to restore our nation.......instead of Whats in it for Me!

Seems to be the same thing all over the world. My friend from London is here now telling me the same things about the UK. Don't be to hard on Bruce there. You gotta love Born to Run and all that.
Regards
Damian

Now Njja and Damian you've upset the Trophy Zulus and got them advancing against the gunners from behind

Randy,
Though your OS is more robust than my Windows Gates-Gotcha, It's on mine also. A fitting tribute to all the real men who made it happen, oh so long ago. Mike
