Martyn,
Thanks a lot for taking the time to take and post these pictures! I too saw the Saving the Guns at Isandlwana, and wow! What a selection of figures Mike has brought to the show, including the 60th Rifles!
Thanks
Mike

Martyn
Thanks for posting.
Mike said he was going to have a saving the guns ready for March and has not disappointed by the looks of things.

Thanks for the first go around of photos from the show Martyn and looking forward to find out what you happen to be engrossed in. What's this about Trophy of Wales sets?.....The Lt.

A couple of pics of Mike's gun team.

That chap looking for his contact lens, does he come with the gun team?

I believe so. According to the picture on which the team was based that figure is positioned by the side as the team goes thundering past.

Trooper,
Nice close-ups...and some Bell tents in the rear!!!Trivia for you-How many members of the Gun Team survived to tell the tale?
Mike

Thank you for the close-up picture of the Gun Team, that one just made the want list. As well as the buildings, tent, 60th figures and many more.

Hopefully, Mike can get some of these sets over to the states.

Thanks for all the pictures from the show. I do mostly trophy but last year in chicago i picked up a mounted native natel trooper on i brown and white mount that goes great with my trophy sets.

Hawkeye,
I think we all hear you! I think LL picks up magnifacenatly where Trophy left off, and they fit really well into a collection. There have been times when I picked up a LL trooper and flipped him upside down to find he was Trophy!
I'm happy that you like the Natal mounted guys.
Mike

Greg,

I am the opppsite of most on the forum, my few Trophy figures go well with my LL figures. Hopefully, there will be Trophy sets at the Chicago Show.

Brian

Thanks for the LL photos from London. I am really excited about the looks of that gun team too. As for the trivia question posed before, I only know of Lt. Curling surviving the escape attempt, though it has been a while since I last read on the subject.

Cheers,
MD

BINGO! Though aimed at Trooper for his Trivia questions, You got it! Nice job , MD! Maybe we can all band together on a large order request for the Gun Team and get a discount:cool:

Okay, sounds feasible. I will nominate you to be the contact person on this request, Mike. :)
