The Alamo falls. In a matter of hours, all the defenders were killed and the Mexicans claimed the victory.My Diorama is based on the the final hours of the battle of the Alamo ,near the Chapel courtyard and palisade 177 years ago today.

Thanks for the compliments,it was a fun project to work on.Constructing the buildings and palisade was enjoyable using all the tips that I picked up by viewing all the wonderful dioramas that the forum members display on this Forum.I was always interested in the Alamo Legend since I was young, watching John Waynes Alamo and later the recent Alamo Movie that was produced and also the made for TV versions of the Alamo that I viewed over the years.I just can't imagined what went thru their minds those 13 days being outnumbered 15 to 1 and given no quarter,the courage they must of had.
