May Dispatches are out ! (1 Viewer)

I agree with previous comments, the Maultier Flakwagen looks great. Last year the 1/2 track PAKwagen was done in Normandy and Bulge colours. Any chance that a Bulge ie "winter" version might be in the works?

Yes its very nice isn't Wayne, love the camo and really like the way the driver is leaning out the window searching the skies..K&C just keep making great stuff don't they:cool::cool:

AND the "price"is right..........................:)

This dispatch is a little on the light side. Few new releases & retirements. The U.S. Cavalry and SL look great. The standout is the Opel Maultier Flakwagen, love that camo and yet another unusual piece. Definitely not "Same old, same old", K&C at their best. Gotta say unfortunately the cost of K&C's new vehicles/tanks is starting to price me out or at the very least forces me to cut way down on my purchases...very disappointing either way.
The retirements with one exception are all pieces I'm not interested in so no damage there. That British truck is the dilemma for me. I like it, however the cab doesn't come off and its so expensive compaired to the German version that I'm still undecided on it.........

Maultier is great and, will buy a couple as I am in the process of doing a D-Day diorama and, want AA guns on the top of the cliffs I am doing and will get a mate of mine to sort out the rear of the truck to turn it into a flat back truck for strorage etc. This depends on UK price as usually, USD converts into GBP so, look at £189!!!! stings a bit

Shame that was all there was as I am not really interested in ACW stuff. The Church front is ace and, already looking at putting side walls to it. The disco stuff is quite light so, should let everyone catch up.

The Church is a def must buy!!! I can't wait to see the future building releases.

Although the ACW is normally not my thing,i love the Custer figure it seems to portray him at his arrogant best.Looks like i will have to grab the Bedford before it sells out:(

Hello, fellas its good to be back in the hunt. I accomplished my goal and paid my better 1/2s education off. After what seemed like an eternity I can finally start up my collection again :) I can't wait to get my hands on that church and flakwagen and the Union cav won't be far behind on my wish list.

Like the look of the AA truck, but the Church entrance is the gem of this release. It says it is the start of a new series of terrain so it will be interesting where it leads.

Andy

Like the church and I will try to get it. Also like the flak piece but I still have to figure out the financing for the new Tiger I and the new Mk. III. I guess I will just have to be patient.:p -- Al

Must have the Flakwagen, the cavalry, and Lincoln and the generals!!! Good stuff!!!! The generals are so like the real men - and the photographer is my #1 desired figure from this release.

Is that supposed to be a dig at certain other manufacturers?

If so, in the interest of forum peace, I think we can do without such comments.

Sorry Brad you can send me a list of what i can and cant say ok........

Relax, and quit reading into things said here....... This is how it all starts.

I'm sure if people have something to say they will be direct enough to say what they really have on their minds.

I may be reading into something but did anyone else notice that the description of the new Normandy Church facade included the "Thirty Years War"?
"Can be used for dioramas from the Thirty Years War......Napoleonic campaigns or even more recent 20th century conflicts........."

Interesting!!!!!

Disappointed the dsmtd cav will be clanking about with their sabers at their sides but nice addition anyway. Looks like cavalry a foot is "in this season" from a lot of sources. Nice to be able to pick and choose.

Love the flakwagon and church. More buildings Andy!

I completely concur, especially with the more buildlings part:p. Yet another fantastic batch of new goodies from K & C. I can't wait to get my hands on the church facade. And the detailing on the flakwagen in impressive to say the least. The figures in the flakwagen set look great as well. I see more K & C purchases on the horizon!

Joe

Lincoln and his generals looks pretty good to me but I don't collect ACW......yet.......otherwise the only items of interest to me are the WWII Tiger and the Russian Cossacks.....The cossacks seem to have very good detail....Just wondering how I would use them in a small dio with my existing pieces....If anyone has them would love to see some pictures.:)Thank you
