Monthly Max Posting Conversation (1 Viewer)

This particular restriction doen't affect me as I find myself posting very little these days. A limit of 250 would most likely last me for a twelvemonth. However it is obvious from his initial post that Mr Reuss has certain people in mind although he was at pains to point out he wasn't going to name names. Would it not make more sense to impose these limits to those individuals, or alternatively to ban them completely rather than restricting the entire membership for their shortcomings? Personally I can't see a limit solving any problems, a lot of bile and vituperation can be put into 250 posts. Trooper

Guys, if I was you I'd be very wary of buying second hand posts on the black market. We all know the reputation of second hand post dealers .Some of these posts have no forum history, they may have been wiped clean and may in fact have done so much mileage that they stretch back to the days when people posted lists of suggestions every three and a half minutes! Others may have been in a thread crash due to argumentative posts and could in fact be two wrecked posts stuck together. And of course you never know if the post you are buying are not stolen , there may be some poor wretch who was just waiting to write ' I see England lost in the football again' only to fail because of cyber theft of his posts. Post thefts, the crime that dare not/cannot post its name.:wink2:

Very good.

Please note the price of my argumentative posts have gone up but they will come with a certificate of authenticity if that helps {sm4}

Yes.

Prost!

LOL... I'm not sure why I find this thread so amusing. I guess if this is SO bad we could always vote with our feet and leave the forum. Is anybody here going to do this? Hands up?

Thanks for your contribution... enjoy what ever you do and where ever you decide to go. Catch ya on the flip side... see ya later!

OK, those of you that are deciding to stay... enough gnashing of teeth and stamping of feet, you know where the door is. Dry your eyes, harden up and knuckle down to make this work as well as it possibly can.

:tongue:

This has got to be the most sensible post on this subject so far. Ban a few and lets get on with TS.

Jeff

I average 0.67 post per day, stashing my post{credits} for a rainy day {sm4}....oops just used one!

Never in the field of TS history have so many been inconvenienced by so few. (With apologies to WSC) Trooper
