Let's go Warriors!

Paulo

okay Paulo...they tied it up...tonight should be a humdinger...I can't see SA putting forth anything less than 110%...they really need to take these hot shooters seriously...

great comeback by Memphis last night...down by 17 at one point...

I thought they had a great chance before the Westbrook injury...but they really got them cornered now down 3 to 1...and they look hungry...

Pacers are holding their own with Heat: tough D and pounding those boards.

Wade really screwed up...one of the best games I have ever seen...hated to see Lebron score...

What a killer. This is the game they could have had, should have had :(

Lebron travelled...But still he is the best. Miami in 6.

No, Stern and his fraud refs would never allow the series to get to 6 games, Miami in 5.

No suspension for Wade; really?

He leaves his feet and drills the guy with his elbow; no foul and today, no suspension.

The fix is in for the Heat; the NBA has ZERO credibility, as in none, Stern would have a stroke if it was Pacers/Spurs in the finals, it's the Heat all the way, watch how they're gifted their second title, it will be and is a total joke.

This may be the worst field of NBA playoff teams that I can ever remember. Miami's path to the finals includes Milwaukee (a sub-.500 team that wouldn't have made the playoffs in the west), Chicago (a beat up team) and now the hapless Pacers. San Antonio is red hot. Hopefully things will pick up in the finals.

I can't see the Heat needing more than five or six to dispatch the Spurs.

I hope you're wrong...I know Miami had a much better season record...but it was against a weaker conference...I think San Antonio has a real chance to win this...with Duncan...Parker and Ginobli...they are never out of it...

I just think Lebron is on another level from most players. That's why I think they'll win. I love the way the Spurs play but this is just Lebron's time.

Lebron is special...no if's and's or but's...

SA closed the season on a dismal 3-7 for their last 10 games...

Miami closed their last 10 games 9-1...

their records may have been closer if SA didn't have so many late season injuries...

but they are healthy now...

they are very experienced in the playoff system...

each teams "big three" are the best in the NBA...

SA's Duncan/Parker/Ginobli...Ginobli actually comes off the bench right now...

Miami's Lebron/Wade/Bosh...

but I think Miami's bench is huge...Shane Battier and Ray Allen can both produce points while the starters rest...

Miami will be the Vegas favorite...home court should ensure a ring...barring injuries (Westbrook OKC)...you now will have the 2 teams with the best record...

bring your popcorn...it should be fun...

one more thing...Miami has shown some weakness lately...especially against Indiana...they should be 1-2 right now...San Antonio just swept Memphis...a very good physical team...SA will be rested when they meet...I hope they (SA) steal one of the first 2 games...that would really make it interesting...

Indiana is hanging tough...it's 2-2 now...Bosh and Wade have tweaked their knees and ankles...Game 5 should be a good watch...Indiana is on a mission...

Michael,

I was going to reply to you yesterday but I can't disagree with you said then.

After seeing last night's game, you have to wonder a little bit but I think we also have to give a little credit to the Pacers. I know Doug (Combat) is not too high on the East but I think the Pacers have proved they're a tough and maybe an up and coming team.

I still think Miami win but, hey, you never know.

Brad...I know a lot of people are disappointed to see a 3rd seed this far...honestly...I'm not...they are playing their best ball right now...they deserve to be where they're at...and it's probably true...if NY had been healthy...Indiana would have probably been eliminated already...the 7 game NBA playoff format usually weeds out the weaker teams...not like the "one and out" format of the NFL football playoffs...at 49-32...they don't get taken too seriously by some people either...I think what Doug was saying was that if their record was in the West...they would have been a distant 6th seed instead of an Eastern 3rd seed...but...here they are...and honestly...they should be up 3-1...Roy Hibbert is a beast...7'2" and 280...he can work the paint...they have heart...and I think they believe in themselves...Miami is definitely underachieving at this juncture...Indiana is overachieving...Miami should be very concerned...

Michael,

Again, I agree with you: they deserve to be there and the Heat are very, very lucky not to be down 3-1. The only game where Miami has outshone the Pacers was game 3.

I think even if NY had been healthy, the Pacers would have beaten them. They had no answer for the big men. Tyson Chandler had his lunch served to him by the Pacers and JR Smith was nowhere to be found, except maybe at some club with Rihanna ^&grin
